Halo MCC launches on Steam on December 3 and adds Reach to MCC on Xbox the same day. According to Steam it's $39.99 for MCC and, if I understand it correctly, it will include the multiplayer for all games from Reach and 1-4. Then for the campaigns, they will release one at a time over an undetermined period of time starting with Reach and then in order from 1-4 including ODST in the middle somewhere. My guess will be one campaign each month. Each campaign will be $9.99 with the exception of ODST being $4.99.
I was under the impression that MCC multiplayer was supposed to be free to not split the community. But I guess after buying MCC for $39.99 you will then be required to spend an additional $54.94 for all of the campaigns? Seems a little ridiculous if you ask me.
I'll research it a little more to see if maybe I'm just misunderstanding it
